Grandma Zula always had lemon drops, at her house, or in her purse. Those hard old-fashioned candies, not the martini! The cake version of our lemon drop cupcakes for a "Mama-to-Bee" baby shower. Light, lemony cake, sweet tart lemon curd filled layers surrounded by frosting, polished off with a generous amount of lemon-infused frosting.

An ooey, gooey sweet bar that is a great after school snack, or this one was an extra sweet for a birthday party - to accompany the birthday cake. A fusion of carmel-like flavors bursting with chocolate and coconut. Contains walnuts. My son, Will's favorite! Gluten-free upon request.

A delightful sponge cake drenched in slightly sweetened strawberries, layered with stabilized whipped cream. Inspired by the one at Phoenix Bakery in LA's Chinatown. One of my Grandma Zula's favs.....and a common request for my Mom's birthday cake.
